Shipping Policy:

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within INDIA.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Standard shipping usually takes [5-7] business days for delivery within INDIA. Expedited shipping options are also available at an additional cost.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues.

Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories included. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a restocking fee.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

Exceptions:

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

Used or damaged items
Items without original packaging, tags, or manuals
Customized items
Downloadable products
An electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.
Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product.
7 days return/exchange is enough instead of 15 days.

Warranty:

Ooka AUDIO Neckband products come with a standard one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Ooka AUDIO Ceiling Speaker, Wall Mount Speaker and amplifier with a standard two-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective product free of charge.
